Activities:
- Facilitate the communication among researchers, practitioners and policy makers.
- Share knowledge and expertise among members to promote the development of networks and the use of ‘adaptive practices’.
- Joint publication writing.
- Organise sessions and discussions in international conferences, such as the ESP meetings and beyond.
- Explore common project design and organisation.
- Educational activities.
To achieve its objectives this Biome Working Group aims to develop close links with the ESP Thematic Working Groups like the Mapping and Modelling (TWG4), on Indicators (TWG3), and on the Mediterranean Region (link).
