Expert input needed for drafting the Antwerp Declaration

The European Ecosystem Services conference would like to leave a legacy and create a statement of intent regarding ecosystem services. To that purpose, we will draft the Antwerp Declaration, which will be presented and discussed during the conference. The declaration will outline a clear message from the participants about ecosystem services that is relevant to the wider world. Your expert views on ecosystem services are highly appreciated. Call for abstracts: First Latin American ESP Conference

We have the pleasure to invite you to submit an abstract for a presentation to the First Latin American Ecosystem Services Partnership Conference, which will take place in Cali, Colombia, on 18-21 October 2016. Invitation for external review of IPBES First Order Draft assessments

The Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) invites experts with relevant knowledge and/or expertise to review the First Order Draft of:

  • the IPBES thematic assessment on land degradation and restoration and
  • the four regional assessments on biodiversity and ecosystem services.

Survey participants wanted – Making Ecosystem Services Count in the SDGs

As part of a NCEAS Science for People And Nature working group “Making Ecosystem Services Count in the SDGs” we are carrying out a short, anonymous survey of people with knowledge and/or expertise in ecosystem services to map out linkages to the newly enacted UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and specific ecosystem services.
