The international training on ecosystem management for sustainable development in transboundary areas will take place on 19 – 26 October 2017 at the DMZ Ecotourism Center located in Paju-si, Republic of Korea. This one-week course is jointly organized by ESP Asia Regional Office, Gyeonggi provincial government and Gyeonggi Tourism Organization and this year thirteen participants from Primorsky Krai, Russia will attend the course bringing with their diverse transboundary nature management experiences. This workshop titled Restoring Landscapes to Improve Freshwater Ecosystems: Digital Tools for Designing Green Infrastructure Networks (GINs) will take place in Santander, Spain, 25 – 27 October 2017.

The conference Landscape 2018 – Frontiers of agricultural landscape research organised by Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF) will take place 12-16 March 2018, in Berlin and Müncheberg, Germany.
