Call for papers: Special issue “Digital media data in environment and development economics”

As part of the activities of TWG19 “Big Data and Digital Communication”, editors are calling for papers for a special issue in the journal Environment and Development Economics on “Digital media data in environment and development economics”, with guest editors Andrea Ghermandi, David Katz and Maria Loureiro.

The scientific research objectives of MEDiverSEAty are to develop a common theoretical framework of Mediterranean Marine Biodiversity Conservation which integrates human and biological dimensions and implications, to foster the crucial role of human dimensions in the protection and conservation of Marine Biodiversity and to make Biodiversity the focus of Mediterranean Ocean Literacy.

Online learning tool with key messages from the IPBES Invasive Alien Species Assessment Report now available

The Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) have recently launched a learning tool featuring interactive graphical elements, animations and case studies from the IPBES Invasive Alien Species Assessment Report.
