Online questionnaire on Ecosystem Services and Poverty Alleviation
The Autonomous University of Barcelona (ICTA-UAB), is conducting a research on Ecosystem Services and Poverty Alleviation.
The research is a part of a ESPA-funded project along with Cambridge University. The aim of the study is producing a survey-based quantitative analysis article exploring the confusion and disagreements that drive debates about ecosystem services and poverty. To do that the researchers are collecting data via an online questionnaire that explores ecosystem services and poverty issues. The Natural Capital Project invites you to join the 2017 Natural Capital Symposium at Stanford University from March 20-23, 2017. Featuring keynote speakers Carter Roberts, President and CEO of World Wildlife Fund, and Mark Tercek, President and CEO of The Nature Conservancy, this event is a major convening of leaders advancing the science and practice of incorporating nature’s diverse values into decisions. Interactive sessions throughout the symposium will focus on five central themes: sustainable development planning, securing freshwater, fostering resilient coastal communities, developing sustainable cities, and creating standards for the private sector.
